Richnaf Eng.Services Ltd is a local consulting Engineering firm that started operations in April 2012 and was incorporated as a company in the year 2015. The Firm strives to be distinctly different in the delivery of consultancy services by laying emphasis on delivering projects on time and within budget. The mission is to satisfy Client needs by providing innovative sound solutions in diverse fields of Civil Engineering that are technically feasible, economical, socially desirable and environmentally acceptable.
The firm’s emphasis is on thorough understanding of the perceived needs of the Project Architect/Client as provided for in the terms of reference on project briefs, expounding on these terms, discussing with the Client the various options to solve the problem at hand and then agreeing on the best viable option. For the selected option, detailed engineering designs are undertaken, detailed working drawings, bills of quantities and specifications are prepared to cover as much as possible the whole of the works and fully describe the procedures and standards against which the quality of the works shall be measured. Furthermore, full detailing and quality checks ensure that there will be negligible variations resulting from faulty designs and detailing and hence ensure that costs are kept within the budget.
During construction supervision, stringent inspection at all stages of the works particularly at key stages of construction is undertaken while greater effort is made to check those events that may give rise to delays and variations and appropriate action taken to minimize them.
